Return Policy
I f you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help.
RETURNS You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you’ll need the receipt/proof of purchase please!
REFUNDS Once we receive your item, we’ll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll then receive your money back within 5 working days.
SHIPPING You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMSI if your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
• Address incomplete or inaccessible
• Addressee gone away •Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a £6.99 postage and handling fee in the UK. This is cover the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.
ANY OTHER ISSUESIf there’s anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
